What you will do:
As part of HVAC/IR sales team, you will focus on securing new YPS project for profitable IR sales growth strategy in line with the management general guidance.
Drive Account Management, and sell strategic solutions to end users, consultants, engineering contractors and partners.
Direct the deployment and execution of the company sales strategy, programs, processes, and tools to achieve agreed sales objectives according to short and long term plans.
Provide a continuous improvement focus on projects pipeline creation, forecast. Coach country sales force and recommend development plan.
Provide insightful support to the marketing team, to increase the market awareness and the local acceptance of JCI IR products.
Manage with high attention the image of the company brands in the country.
Work in perfect harmony with the aftermarket sales team to maximize the country sales.
