- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the security or intruder alarm industry (or related technical field).
- Strong understanding of product compliance standards and certification processes.
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
- Technical aptitude with ability to understand complex product systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and product lifecycle management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- New Product Testing, and field-testing plans
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new products from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product specifications and market requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Product Compliance
- Ensure all products meet relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., EN50131, PD6662).
- Maintain documentation for certifications and liaise with testing bodies and compliance authorities.
- Monitor changes in legislation and update product compliance accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues related to the product range.
- Provide guidance to internal teams and customers on product functionality and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with engineering to resolve product defects and implement improvements.
- Forecasting & Planning
- Develop accurate product forecasts to support manufacturing and supply chain planning.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust forecasts based on market demand and product performance.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on product performance and pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing to develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional materials.
- Support sales teams with technical training and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
